Privacy Policy

Undeniable Creative Studio Limited respects your privacy and takes protecting your personal data seriously. This policy explains how we look after your personal data when you visit this site or get in touch, and sets out your rights and how the law protects you.

1. Who we are

Undeniable Creative Studio Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17402459. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

If you have any question about this policy, or you want to exercise any of your rights under it, email hello@undeniable.studio.

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

2. The data we collect

If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies on your device and collects data such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and your device and browser type. If you decline, or don't make a choice, none of this runs and no analytics cookies are set.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) which exist for security and diagnostics and are deleted on their normal schedule.

If you use the "Let's Talk" contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name and website URL. That's the only personal data we ask for directly.

3. How we use it

We use analytics data to understand how the site is performing and to improve it. If you use the contact form, we use your details only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's described in this policy.

Our lawful basis for analytics is legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site. Our lawful basis for handling a contact form submission is also legitimate interest, in responding to you.

4. Who we share it with

Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, which processes analytics data on our behalf. You can find out more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy.

The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, a third-party form processor, which delivers your submission to us by email. It processes your data only to do that. You can find out more at web3forms.com/privacy. We do not otherwise share your data with anyone outside our organisation.

5. How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. If you use the contact form, we keep that correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of this site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics more broadly using Google's browser opt-out tool, or your browser's own tracking or cookie controls.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@undeniable.studio. You will not have to pay a fee, and we try to respond to every legitimate request within one month.

Complaints

You have the right to complain at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first, so please come to us before you approach them.
